I was reviewing statistics of one of my ham radio clubs I belong to and helped build it. And all of a sudden we have over 60 members or people that indicated an interest in joining us. We have no dues so that may have helped our growth. But we have no money either.
Thanks to the team effort of a lot of like minded individuals this graph kind of illustrate what one has to do to build something. it is not just one thing that has to be done. It is a something that is consistent and over time. A growth in an individual is the same way. I didn’t show in the graph where we had no applicants show up at one of our test sessions last year.
